BLUE-MAX® Gaskets

Halmar stocks a full range of BLUE-MAX® non-asbestos handhole and manhole gaskets. These industry leading products have zero leakage on steam applications of pressures up to 450 PSI and temperatures up to 500° Fahrenheit. The proprietary blue elastomer material with Teflon coating adheres completely to rough and uneven plates and boiler shells, forming a leak-proof seal with simple installation. In addition, the Teflon outer surface allows for quick and easy removal from the mating handhole or manhole plate. These durable gaskets are resistant to many of the chemicals used in boiler water treatment, and will not dry out or lose strength over time.

Elliptical and obround sizes are interchangeable, reducing the number of parts that must be stocked. In addition, all gaskets are clearly and permanently marked with the appropriate size, simplifying the installation process.
