Linkage Assemblies

Halmar manufactures a number of Linkage Assemblies – gas valve, modulating motor and air damper – to directly replace OEM linkages. We assemble linkages for 48”, 60”, 78”, and 96” diameter boilers. These Linkage Assemblies include ball joints, bushings and linkage arms.

Pressure Gauges and Thermometers

Halmar offers several different styles of Pressure Gauges, including air, oil, or steam pressure. Dial sizes range from 1-1/2” up to 8-1/2” in plastic, brass, steel, or stainless steel cases. These gauges are also available in a glycerin filled and dry style.

Halmar also provides 3” and 5” dial Thermometers with bottom or back connections. Stem lengths range from 1½“ to 24”.

Ignition Electrodes

Halmar offers Ignition Electrodes for a wide variety of boilers. We also supply Electrode Holders, Rubber Grommets, Packing Nut, and other accessories compatible with the Ignition Electrode.

Safety Relief Valves

Halmar stocks numerous Safety Relief Valves manufactured by Kunkle in the 930 series set at 15 PSI. In addition, we offer many sizes of the 6021 series Safety Relief Valves, set at 150 PSI.

Oil Nozzles and Fuel Oil Controller Repair Kits

Halmar offers several sizes of Oil Nozzles for CB and IC boilers. We stock nozzles for 15 HP through 800 HP boilers. Halmar also has Repair Kits for Fuel Oil Controllers.
